You must be the original purchaser of Bonesse purchased directly from U.S. Foods & Pharmaceuticals, Inc at www.bonesse.com.
Save the original receipt and the undamaged original bottles(s) and packaging with any unused product.
Call 800-362-8294 or email info@bonesse.com for assistance in processing your return. A company representative will contact you and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number along with your valid contact information must be present and included with your original receipt in the package to process your return. Returns without this information will not be processed and refunds will not be given.
You will be directed how to return the remaining product to the company for processing your return and refund. Return shipping is not refundable.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to the return of the refund to the original source of payment.
